Your shelter on your device
Shelter progress, language, audio and interface preferences, and unlocked content are stored locally on your device. The game has no separate user account and does not synchronize progress with Lopes Games servers. Animal and character names belong to the simulation.
Google Play purchases
The Android version integrates Google Play billing to query products, recognize purchased content and restore purchases. The game receives product identifiers, purchase states and transaction tokens; it stores unlocked content locally and uses the token to acknowledge delivery to Google Play. Lopes Games does not receive your full card number or Google password. New purchases depend on the version and store configuration.
Google services
Google Play processes payments and technical information related to operation, security and diagnostics under its own policies. The billing integration may communicate with Google even without a new purchase, for example to query products or restore content. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/. This information may include technical session or device identifiers and billing diagnostics.
Ads and permissions
Little Haven does not display third-party advertisements and includes no proprietary behavioral advertising or usage analytics tools. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library access. Internet access is used by Google Play features; shelter simulation works offline.
Support
If you email joancefet@gmail.com, Lopes Games receives your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer and resolve your request. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary documents. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until replaced by the game or deleted through Android settings or uninstallation. Deleting local data erases progress but does not cancel purchases or delete records held by Google. Eligible content can be restored with the same Google Play account. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Email joancefet@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of information sent to support. Google payment records follow Google's rules.
Audience
Little Haven is intended for teenagers aged 13 and above and adults. We do not request registration or a birth date. Contact us if you believe a child sent personal information to our support so we can assess and delete it where applicable.
Changes
We will update this policy when data practices materially change, including the introduction of online services or new features. The update date will change on this page.
